Refund Policy

We want you happy. But we also can’t read your mind.

Changed your mind? → 30 days to return.

Return shipping + 15% restocking fee (covers us checking that you didn’t use the plate as a frisbee).

Items must be:

  • Hard goods (plates, glasses, ceramics): unused, no scratches, no chips. Original box preferred.

  • Textiles: unwashed, tags on, no food stains or pet hair.

If you return only 3 out of 4 napkins from a set?
We’ll send them back to you. Return the whole set or nothing.

Something broke in shipping? → We replace it for free.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the broken item

  • Photo of the box (if damaged)

We’ll send a new one. No charge. No arguing.

What’s NOT a defect

  • A tiny glaze bubble or speck in the clay (that’s pottery, not a flaw)

  • Loose threads on a napkin that you can snip off

  • 2‑5% shrinkage on linen after washing (it’s natural fiber, not polyester)

How to start a return

  1. Email support@[yourbrand].com with your order number and “I want to return” or “It broke”

  2. We’ll give you the return address

  3. Once we get it (for returns), refund within 5–10 business days

If you’re nice in your email, we’re more likely to bend the rules. If you’re mean, we follow the policy exactly. Just saying.
